This is unbelievably healthy and in one glass contains four of your five-a-day fruit and vegetable recommendation

1 cup spinach (packed) and blend with one cup water - this will ensure the leaves of the spinach is properly emulsified

once its blended add:
1 banana
1 orange
and one of the following of your choice:
half a mango
1 cup of pineapple
any other fruit (strawberries, blueberries)

I like to add a teaspoon of manuka honey for its health benefits
