...fresh red smoothie
This is so simple to make (and delicious and healthy)
In a blender simply throw in
1 banana
1 orange
half a cup of orange juice
a handful of strawberries
a handful of raspberries
1 tsp manuka honey
Manuka honey actually possesses healing properties - it's antibacterial and anti viral, so it's great for a sore throat. Combined with the vitamins in the smoothie and you're ready for winter.
...mint masque
This brilliant beauty find is unbelievably only £1.46 for this 355ml tub.*
The Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque is light, almost mousse like in texture, so it's great for sensitive skin. It applies easily and evenly and once it's dried you simply wipe it off with a flannel and warm water.
The mask smells beautifully minty and your skin feels lovely and soft afterwards. As for drying up acne, I can't say that it does, no topical treatment that isn't medicated will truly do that. But it is a nice treat for the skin.
