This is so simple to make (and delicious and healthy)

In a blender simply throw in
1 banana
1 orange
half a cup of orange juice
a handful of strawberries
a handful of raspberries
1 tsp manuka honey 

Manuka honey actually possesses healing properties - it's antibacterial and anti viral, so it's great for a sore throat. Combined with the vitamins in the smoothie and you're ready for winter.
